I almost didn't go running - I was having SUCH a nice nap. Finally a call from canadian blood services got me out of bed (and making an appointment! damn vampires, they get you when you're groggy and wham, that's it.), I ate a bunch of easter chocolate to wake me up and staggered out to the bus. Gorgeous out, god! I just got back and my little computer cubby is so dark and evil by comparison to outside that I want to leave again. Anyway, today was way, way better than yesterday, despite it being twice as long. Maybe I just needed a nap! Well, plus the first 3 miles were downhill, but the last mile was the exact same route and I felt much stronger going in to it than yesterday despite running 3 times as far before I got to it. No agonized block counting today. Hoo-ray! So nice out. Summer is coming! I'm buying a house! The semester is over! Things is looking UP, man. Am I a bit maudlin? Well god bless endorphins.
